This is a handcrafted asian ceramic studio pottery vase with a two-tone glaze and protruding lug handles often referred to as a Martaban style storage pot. The historic origin mimics Traditional Chinese utility jars used to store oil, wine, soy sauce, or preserved food.

 The  labeling typically found on mid-to-late 20th-century decorative ceramics, teaware, or planters
