It is an iconic piece of Italian "Space Age" design from the 1970s. 
The set is contained within a spherical plastic carrier, which can double as a large serving bowl. 
This set includes full service for  four people, with plates in 3 set of 4 plates in different sizes and 4 cups.

It is in great vintage condition
